Fantastic report Ed, Perhaps the title should have been “The Optimist Guide to the Galaxy”. Full of insights and secrets just staring you in the face. At times I can see you on a soapbox.. but that’s just the passion and belief shining through… Well Done!!!

Hi Ed, thanks very much for the report – I found it fery inspiring. I have been coaching for a few years, but I am new to building a professional practice. I particularly liked the piece about the ‘one immediate barrier’ that needs to be identified and overcome before the cascade will start: this is very relevant to me and your report has prompted me to take action on this.

I had and incerdible mind shift and an emotional jolt when I discovered that I have been focusing on the wrong goals. I have been building a list of things to have as goals – but you pointed me to things to ‘be’ as my goals and now I’m just flying! All these years of going round in circles can now stop. Great information – clear, well written and painfully honest. Oh dear, I have almost every single ‘symptom’ as well as every single potential. I have been sitting with ‘stuck’ for a few years now, not even close to even recouping what I have spent on courses. Have delayed facing it once again by going to university this year. Have to admit though getting good grades is helping with my self confidence and who knows maybe my destiny is still unfolding. I can see however that all endeavors will be blocked until I get ‘Herbie’ moving along…..

Just starting out in the field of hypnotherapy and the advice given here and in the hypnotherapy report is invaluable.
