Hi Ed, thanks very much for the report – I found it fery inspiring. I have been coaching for a few years, but I am new to building a professional practice. I particularly liked the piece about the ‘one immediate barrier’ that needs to be identified and overcome before the cascade will start: this is very relevant to me and your report has prompted me to take action on this.

Great information – clear, well written and painfully honest. Oh dear, I have almost every single ‘symptom’ as well as every single potential. I have been sitting with ‘stuck’ for a few years now, not even close to even recouping what I have spent on courses. Have delayed facing it once again by going to university this year. Have to admit though getting good grades is helping with my self confidence and who knows maybe my destiny is still unfolding. I can see however that all endeavors will be blocked until I get ‘Herbie’ moving along…..

I just realised that I was “stuck” because I didn’t get round to reading “becoming unstuck”. In other words, the report has helped me get back on track, but I am still in the process of fully discovering the underlying root cause.
